Salt Point's legal water: bluff-trail entries at Fisk Mill and South Cove onto boulder reef thick with rockfish. Legality: Salt Point SMCA allows finfish take. HARD CAVEAT: Gerstle Cove, the park's most famous entry, is a no-take SMR. Spear only outside it.
