About Izor's Reef (Bolsa Chica)

The artificial reef complex off Huntington Beach in ~100 ft, an advanced freedive for white seabass hanging over the quarry-rock piles. Legality: Open waters, no MPA. Position is approximate; the reef modules span a broad area.
