An underwater park. Intrinsic difficulty not yet confirmed. Inside Russian Gulch State Marine Conservation Area (SMCA). Diving and freediving are non-consumptive and generally allowed; check take rules before spearfishing. CDFW, Russian Gulch State Marine Conservation Area: Rocky nearshore gardens and offshore rockfish schools. Common life: cabezon, greenling, lingcod, surfperch, urchins.
