The outer island's west side: Sutil's pinnacles and the Webster Point kelp, blue-water yellowtail with island visibility, a long run from the mainland. Legality: Legal, the Santa Barbara Island SMR covers the north and east sides only (west boundary 119°02.200'W); Sutil Island and Webster Point are west of that line. Cowcod Conservation Area depth limits apply to groundfish.
